I unhooked the latches but I don't know if I twist the canister or if there is another button. My husband used to do this.

If you have a e-series model and your unit is on the dolly then you need to press the latch in the front on the dolly to unhook unit from dolly. If you have a different model, then just lift up after unhooking latches. If this unit has been stored for a time, then the water pan can get stuck and you might need to push down on the basin to get it off.

no more latches...just pull it out...can twist and pull at same time
