Go to the System Restore and there should be an option to go back to a Restore Point or earlier time.

System Restore in Windows is in Accessories>System Tools.

If you can boot, go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools and you'll see Restore there..... If you can't boot, you'll have to F8 I think to get to the menu and select Safe Mode. When booting to Safe Mode, it will ask you if you want to restore. Both will work.

Go to Control panel, select system, and then system restore. You should then be able to select a day at which to restore to.

click on start go to all programs go to accessories go to system tools and then select system restore and then click on restore my computer to an earlier date/time and then pick a bold date and time and then click on next... the computer will restart and your system restore will be complete
