I am going to be a new young manager... I hope to be the best prepared as possible... I am open to suggestions, thanks

Good to Great by Jim Collins is an excellent book.
I think it's a must read for any manager.

The title is something like The Worlds Greatest Salesman. Oh man, it's a total must!

Of course The 7 Habits of Highly Effetive people series is amazing.
