I have a newsletter hosted under a server, and I'm trying to send that link as a mass e-mail to my clients. How do I attach that link so that it would display as a newsletter in their emails? I use outlook 2003... or any ideas for doing that on a web-based e-mail client. Thanks.

Mail merge from Microsoft Word to email

In Word:

Tools…
Letters and Mailings…
Mail Merge…
Type: email messages

After that I’m sure you can figure out the rest…

No, yet i have continuously wanted to do this. My grandmother receives one ever 365 days from a family participants member. it really is like a 365 days in evaluation. Very exciting. You can try sending the link as "inline" text. I believe it would be somewhere in Outlook Tools or format outlook Sending.... something like that....
