I have some thickness to my thighs and whenever I wear a skirt or shorts the inner thighs rub together. Regardless if I shave or not they rub n after a while the inner thighs get irritated and get bumps (like razor bumps). Especially when I shave it gets irritated because of the little stubs popping out. I know that I can apply baby powder which dries it up and stops the friction but after a while it continues again. I recently lost some weight- although I wasn’t fat before- but I thought that my legs would stop rubbing against eachother- they haven’t. Should I wax my inner thighs-will it help? Has anyone had this problem and found a permanent solution?

If you do squats and tone up your thighs, it will reduce some of the thickness and help with your thighs rubbing together. Waxing your inner thighs will hurt like hell, and it won't help the friction. It may actually make it worse for you because your making a sensitive area even more sensitive by taking off a layer of skin. I would advise using a little bit of oil-based lubricant to help prevent chafing (which is what is happening). To heal the area, use a little bit of diaper rash cream. It works very well, rather quickly.

I have never tried the baby powder solution, but I always remember to put lotion on my inner thighs and never gets irritated. Works great for me when I wear skirts. Hope it helps ur prob, and I would not waste time or money waxing my inner thighs.

Waxing will last longer than shaving. You can also have the hair laser removed.
