If you are a boy wanting to play a prank on your brother, I would suggest that when he is in the shower, sneak in and take his clothes. Or if you want to be a little more exciting with him, when your parents aren't home, tell him you want to show you something ini your room. Tell him to come in about 30 secs. when he gets in there, he will find you nude. He will not be able to resist the tempation of playing lesbian. If you are a girl, when your parents aren't home, when he is taking a shower, take his clothes, and then go into his room. When he emerges from the shower, to his room, he will find you nude with a condom in your hand. Once again, no man can resist the temptation of being and acting sexy.

When he's asleep in his room (assuming his door is shut), completely cover the doorway with paper, sealing him in his room. Then, gather every bit of furniture in the house and place it in front of the doorway. Then, have someone call (again, assuming there is no phone in his room), and let it ring, and ring, and ring. You will enjoy seeing his panic as he scrambles to answer it after tearing through the paper...strangely singular in purpose...

you could get a bottle of honey and while hes sleepin, put it in his sleepin pants... he'll think he either had the runs or peed himself
you could put somethin in his bed that he is scared to death of
you could even buy fart powder (yes it actually exists) and stir it up in a drink of his
ben-gay (any sports creme that warms-up will do) take a pair of his underware out of his drawer,a nd put the creme in the crotch and just put them back
saran wrap on the bowl of the toilet so when he goes to pee, it goes EVERYWHERE!! (this one is risky though, cause of mom or dad get to it first.. your a** is grass!!)

put hot sauce on his mouth while he's sleeping he'll wake up with a buring sensation on his mouth forcing him to go to the bathroom and wash it off then put something gooey on the sink knob
