U can send it as a file transfer on yahoo messenger. For that, u both must be online on yahoo messenger. To send it in an email, u have to attach it and if ur friend cant view attachments then there's no way u can send it in an email. Alternatively, u can post ur pic on a website ( such as www.photobucket.com) and send him a link to that page in the email. He can visit that page and see the pic.

If they can still get HTML e-mails you can try this:
1. Take a screen shot with the picture that you want to send showing on the monitor.
2. Open your paint program and paste the screenshot (Ctrl-V)
3. Highlight the border of the picture using the dotted-square frame and copy the picture (right-click within the picture and select copy)
4. Compose your e-mail, and you can now paste your picture anywhere in the body of the e-mail by pressing Ctrl-V

Why not just describe the picture. For example, "Here's one of Jeff. He's wearing a tan shirt with a green baseball cap and he's standing next to a small brown monkey that is holding a......"

You could save the photo in photobucket.com and then copy and paste the link to that photo in your email.

Host the image by going to imageshack.us, and getting the direct link to the picture. go to the direct link, and highlight the picture, then right click on it and press copy. go to the e-mail, right click in the white area then press paste. the picture should be in the body.
