How much cash you think I need to open my own place in a town outside of Dallas?

after you buy the license and pay the rent you will need to stock the coolers , the kitchen , paper products , replace any chairs and do any decoraating you want . Can probably all be done for like $35,000.00 over and above . Serve great food and you will really be successful . I have 3 bars and my food fuels the alcohol sales and the booze is where you make the money but you also make some on food . Good luck .
