one ov my frends did not kno the differnce between an AIRLINE and AIRPORT and when i taught her the differnce she only thought that ther was only ONE Airline in the world which was British Airways,,,,(coz we live in the u.k),,,,i wasnt taught it but ther IS a big differnce in the 2 words
we basiaccly live the same life,,,we both watch t.v and her family travel a lot ( but she dont)

I blame the media and what types of movies and shows they have been producing. I feel entertainment is helping people "dumb-down".
