Then it would have been Bob and Jane saying sweet
somethings instead of Romeo and Juliet, and Hambone
would have wondered whether to exist or not to exist.
After all, a rose by any other name might NOT smell as sweet!

Then we would be having Smith festivals all over this country! It would also not be as popular as a name.

all the plays and movies would be called "John Smith's Romeo and Juliet" or "John Smith's MacBeth" and so on and so on.
