i mean make a name for my 13 year old sis it keeps saying she is to young

When you go to sign up just put her birthday saying that she is older. 16 years old should work.

Go to
http://answers.yahoo.com/
sign in and click on your name in the left hand side column where it says "Hello christi".
Now click on "Edit my info" and Choose "Use Nickname". Type in a different name and you are set to go!

press sign in and go on from there

Edit your avatar profile and you can change your name- I just did that yesterday

go to edit my profile and just type in your new name

go to My Account and enter your password and there you can change your name and meny other stuff!
