You should check with the shipper's company if they would offer some kind of a replacement, because it's their fault if it got stolen before you signed it as received...! Insist if necessary. Good luck.

Usually with that stuff they have tracking numbers if you have that and can prove it didnt go to your package file a freight claim with the company. I am a shipping clerk so I know the hassle

Call apple and talk to them and get a new one, you paid for it. You have to sign for an iPod when they deliver it to ensure you get it.

contact UPS or Fedex or whatever carrier was sending your ipod, If you did not sign for it then they will be entitled to refund u for your loss
