If your boyfriend flirted with another girl, I would just tell him it's over between you and him and that you didn't appreciate what he did and especially how you found out about it.
As for dissin "your boy", hon, he sure as Hell doesn't see himself as "your boy" if he is flirting with other girls.
As for getting back at him, don't bother to even think about sinking to his level and doing the same thing back to him or whatever. If I were you, I would tell him that it's over and just move on as well as clearly state your feelings. You definitely need someone else who will treat you with the respect you deserve and not even think twice about looking at someone else.
