I'd say no.. just handle it yourself. If it was a weird situation and you just feel like telling her as in ... hey, can you believe what happened to me today.. then thats ok... but not every single time it happens.. Then it would just cause her to stress over it.

No, she doesn't need to know every time, unless it's a friend of hers. And you don't need to know either. Just be happy with each other and leave everyone else out of it. No need to invite stress or jealousy into a relationship , now is there?

Only if you flirt back or something about it makes it different. Like you feel uncomfortable by it, or that you maybe didn't tell them you were taken. But with honesty it shouldn't matter what happened
