I'm not a fan of John Cena by all means. But I do respect who he is as a person. So I wouldnt go saying he sux. Lets just say im not a fan. So in answer to ur question because I am a Randy Orton fan...

I would have to say Randy Orton. He's even more cocky then Cena, but I think Cena sucks too, but I think he's a better wrestler than Orton.

Orton is a really good wrestler. I think his attitude off screen keeps him getting from getting good storylines! That "Orton Knows Best" thing is not working!
