I'm trying to remember the name of a show with the character Gary Gnu -?

'kay everyone, who remembers a kids show with Gary Gnu - "no Gnu's is good gnews", a dancing hippo, and a bunch of live action actors as well. I think it had something to do with a roller coaster...it's driving me nuts...

It was "The Great Space Coaster". It was on from 1981 to 1986.
