Here's a step by step guide. It sounds meticulous I know but following guidelines can actually help a person deal with anything in life. I'm not saying this is actually going to help a person always. But it should help a little atleast.
- First step is acknowledging that there is a problem.
- Secondly defining your problem at hand. This entails trying to find the most important parts of the problem, remaining open-minded about the problem and its causes, being as specific as possible when thinking about the problem. This step is just for defining the problem, not for thinking about solutions yet.
- Thirdly identifying options to solve your problem. This entails being creative when coming up with the list, not stopping with the first couple of options - keep thinking, going through, looking at the options together and see if some can be combined, evaluating the options at this point. Try giving yourself some time to think about the options before making the decision on which one to use. Think about each option - look at the positives and negatives of each before making a decision.
- Fourthly identifying the best solution for solving your problem. This entails thinking about the possible consequences of your solution, including who else will be affected and making sure that your selected solution will produce the desired results.
- Fifthly planning how to achieve the best solution. This entails if possible, making a schedule of when each step would be finished, thinking through how the plan and solution will affect other people and thinking about objections to the plan and solution and have answers ready.
- Finally evaluating results to follow-up with the problem, even if it seems to have been solved. Make sure that the problem doesn't come back or that other things have happened as a result. After the solution is implemented, changes might need to be made - possibly even starting back to look at the options again.

Keep a positive outlook. If you look for the bad or expect the worst, you'll find it.
Act with integrity. Don't compromise your trustworthyness by doing/saying something you will regret.
Ask for advice from those you trust and keep an open mind and heart when listening the the answer.
Pray for wisdom and strength to handle whatever problems come your way.
Look for a solution; don't just give up. Be proactive.
Be the difference you want to see in the world.
Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. You are never alone.
If things are really bad, take your days one hour at a time if that is what it takes to get through it.
Have faith in yourself and your abilities to handle whatever life throws at you.
Learn from the experience.
Always remember that no matter what may happen, there is someone else out there in worse circumstances. Sometimes a little perspective helps to change your outlook.

Well, I think the best way to solve a problem or any problem in life is to deal with the problem head on then find out your best solution to the problem. However, everybody can be judge mental to a certain extent. If I were you..I would take time and talk to someone I'm very close too like family, my spouse, priest and "friends(as a very last result)."
But deep down inside its your choice of the matter! And a word of advice from me to as a yahoo member, I would tell ya that TROUBLE DON'T LAST ALWAYS AND WE AS HUMANS MAKE MISTAKES AND ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR OUR ACTIONS! So please think before you react and take care.

I personally think to solve any problem in life you must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I have found that becoming a Christian 13 years ago was the best life changing decision I have ever made. I hope that you know Jesus too. If not then ask him to become your savior and your friend. Much love and prayers.

talk it over with someone you trust. Putting it out there in words makes it more concrete. You may think ofyour own answers just by hearing it out loud or your listening may be able to help. Another suggestion would be to pretend the inner you is an observer and you are observing the question. For instance, refer to yourself as, "you" rather than "I" when talking it out with yourself. Take a step back and ask why.

The best way to solve a problem is by concentrating on the problem itself just enough to tire you and take you to bed. In the morning you talk to yourself in your mind and solutions will pop up. Decide which proposal your mind and heart agree on and make it happen. If it didnt kill you, it just made you stronger....

Not all problems can be solved - first you have to decide if the is a solution - if not then learn to accept what can't be changed.
If there is a solution, the best way to find it is by trial and error.
