Yes they are. Its seen on tv radio videos every where you look is something sexually explicit. We're teaching our kids to be more sexual and worry more about looks than personality. We dress our daughters in clothes desighned to entice men and then wonder why we have so many more petifiles than there use to be. We put beautiful little girls in pagents and make them sex symbols before their even make it to teens. Sons are being teached to take advantage of girls and make babies before they make it halfway through school. I have a daughter who wont be allowed to dress like a hoochie or where two pieces or anything like that. I wont allow her to watch most of whats on tv. I dont want her in public schools. I'm scared to death of petifiles and her being put in the position to have sex before she is mature enough to make that decision. The only way this we'll change is if society changes their over sexualized views.

Yes, children are absolutely sexualized in this day and age. It's difficult to look through the little girls' clothes department without seeing this phenomenon. It's been many, many years ago since I started seeing thong underwear designed for little girls - seriously, why in heaven's name do little girls need THONGS??
Music is absolutely another indication of the sexualization of children. Britney Spears is my favorite example - there is something intrinsically wrong with marketing music and style to college age men and elementary school age girls at the same time. Wrong and more than a little repulsive. (If you doubt me, check the records to see how many Britney singles have made it onto the Kidz Bop CDs - and look around some college dorms to see how many HIGHLY sexualized posters of Britney are hanging around.)
I can only imagine what the end effect of this is on children these days. Here's hoping the muddle through at least as well as we did when we were kids...

Yes, I believe that they are b/c the clothing alone for young girls is way too revealing. Plus, they all have to have labels which shows that things are changes drastically.

Yes todays society is totally full of it and the web is also.
As parents we can help contol it by how are children dress and what they see and how they act.
I hope each one of us thinks of them as we teach and guide them.
Teach them to be modest and loving, caring and good morals.
See ya

Not really. In the days before the American Revolution it was commonly held that once a girl had had her first menstruation it was high time for her to be married off. (Aren't you glad we don't do that anymore).

Actually yes, and not only them but ALL of us. Honestly, I'm sick to death of being inundated with a flood of filth. I'm sick of seeing half-naked women when all I want to do is read about things like computer games. Its so damn twisted.

Yes, they are. I see little girls walking around in clothes that are way too revealing. It's sickening to say the least.

Yes they are, they do not respect themselves and then wonder why no one respects them. I blame the parents thought, they are the ones that purchase the clothes for them.
