If you have proof of purchase and have had it less than a year tracfone will replace it free of charge AKA: 1 year warranty or you can buy a new tracfone get the esn of the non working phone call tracfone executive resolutions at 1-800-339-9345 and ask them to port your old number to the new one and the remaining units. I personally wouldnt bother with the transfer of units unless you have more than 100.

If at all possible turn it off and let it dry out COMPLETELY before you attempt to turn it back on. If was it damaged beyond repair call up Tracfone customer service and explain what happened. Tracfones aren't that expensive, see if you can have your current minutes applied/transferred over to the new phone.
