Pregnant by making-out?

went to my doctors the other day and he know's that I am going to medical school to become a doctor.And so we were talking after he told me I was pregnant.He said you can get pregnant by making out!Im like woah! I think he said if your mouth touched "something" (hehe:) and if you then made out you could get pregnant that way. True? OR False?

Well I mean its sort of true I mean you can if your man sticks him thing in his mouth and you put sometinh in yours and you exchange sylavia it can go into your system and well yeah.But thats really rare and like I said you'd have to do it that way basically!I got that off this Women's World website! :)
