First of all, consider yourself lucky. I'm not albino, but it takes a lot of time in a tanning bed or a few weeks in the sun for me to get a tan. Other than that, if you have any magazines, look in them. If you don't, subscribe for Seventeen magazine. They give you a lot of tips on make up. If you don't want to subscribe, then just buy one from a stand or a store. They show all different skin types and then tell you what color to use for those skin types. Colors for eyeshadow, bronzers, lip glosses or lip sticks, and colors for your hair. It's great!!!

1. Concealer. swipe it over your eyelids. The skin is very thin and this will cover up any veins that might be visible. With fair skin, this is a must, but if you don't see any difference (tan skin is different), you can ditch this step.
2. Eyelash curler. Stick the eyelash curler in front of a blow dryer to get it warm (not hot!) and curl eyelashes.
3. Mascara. Brush mascara LIGHTLY on top lashes only! Use black mascara.
This is a good place to end for daily use.
If you want more...
4. eyeshadow. Don't use those little foamy things. I find that a small eyeshadow brush works better. Stay away from BRIGHT colors like bright purple or bright blue as you'll look cheap. Wear earth tones or pastels, and keep the color on the part of your eyelid that is directly covering your eyeball (you can poke your eyeball with your eyes closed here)
5. Eyeliner. I prefer pencil and its easier for inexperienced make-up users. lightly color the bottom lashline of your eye.
TADA! You're fabulous!

Honey, don't sweat the make up yet. Look around at the other tanned brunettes with brown eys and tell me if they really need make up. I bet not! I am born and raised in Hawai'i where there are many tanned brunettes with brown eyes who are very pretty without make up. I'm sure you don't need or want that stuff on your beautifully tanned skin. Utilize the less is more philosophy and work on your inner beauty. As people age their outer beauty can fade over time. Those women that still shine, however, radiate their beauty from the inside out. It is due to their intelligence, confidence and assured self esteem that allows them to do so. BTW, too much sun can age you prematurely so be careful when tanning. Now go out there and knock em dead!

At your age, anybody looks better with little or no make up. If you put too much on, even just doing up your eyes, you might look like you're faking age. Whatever you put on, do it lightly. Save the dramatic look and heavily lined eyes for special events like dances or a wedding.
Nice colors on you would probably be gold and green. Gold can be worn with some brown shadow blended or brown shadow along your upper lash line to define your eyes. It usually looks too severe to wear liquid eyeliner. You could also pair gold lids with green liner. Or light/medium green shadow on your lids and dark green liner. Again, you should probably save the liner and lid color combo for fancier occasions while you could just color your lids and curl your lashes for a regular day. Even just curling your lashes looks really nice and is never too much. Mascara would probably be too much, unless you use clear. Also, purple shadow would look nice on you.
For the fancy occasions, apply a lighter shadow on the inner half of your lid then blend it with a darker shadow on the outer part of your lid plus a darker liner.

yeah u are a bit young.... maybe u can just put on some clear mascara and brown/black eyeliner soft eye pencil at your top lash line, start from inside corner to end of eye. (tip... if u hold ur head back and look down into the mirror and put the pencil right under/in between the lashes, as close to eye as possible w/o touching, it will make your eyes stand out more w/o looking like too much :)

being full blooded italian, i have an olive complexion but am also nicely bronzed. i have found that if you thinly line your top lid (rid above your eyebrows) with a brown or black eye liner it makes your eyes pop! used a gold shimmery (but not too shimmery, you don't want to look like cleopatra! and also make sure it is fine shimmers not chunks of glitter!) mixed with a solid no shimmer brown color. to top it off, use a brown mascara. you may not think you can tell the difference, but you really can! (it's not as hard! make sure you only use it on your top lashes, not your bottom!) try to stay away from whites or really light colors. if you insist on using them, blend them in nicely & make sure that it is light! using earth tone colors is great! when you put it on, first apply is over the line of eyenliner you have on your top lid. make sure you aren't too rough or the liner will smudge. then use the base color, lets say gold, and put it on your eye lid blending so that it doesn't look like you put it on in the dark! the use your other color a little bit on top, but by the bone on the end of your eyebrow. and again blend it nicely. don't be afraid to use your fingers, they work well when you need to lighten up a bit.

I agree you're too young to wear makeup and you probably don't need it. you should try waiting a couple years. but if you must, try a light brown eyeliner, just put it on the lower lid of your eye, a little blush and some clear gloss. get a relative or friend (someone who's used to using makeup) to help you. but if you wear too much makeup or if it's too dark it won't look good - it should look natural.

It's best to not wear dark eyeliner in the summer because you'll look goth with all of your other dark features. I too have dark hair, eyes, and skin... every day I sweep plumb eyeshadow across my eye lids and black mascara on the top and bottom lashes. Make sure to wear a subtle blush on the apples of your cheeks to keep you looking young. In the winter... for your features, I'd wear a navy blue eyeliner, black mascara... don't apply it too heavily because you still want to look natural, just enhance your natural features.

Start with just a little mascara and lip gloss, not too glossy - enhance what you have, not show the fact you have makeup on.
And some makeups can break you out if you don't usually wear it, stay away from heavy foundation & junk, natural is pretty.

Here are a few good websites that I would recommend (listed below under sources).
Another good idea is for you and your mom/friend/sister/aunt/grandma to go to a department store and ask for a make-over. Tell them to keep it natural looking. They will give you lots of ideas and show you how to apply make-up. There is usually no fee. Obviously they would like you to buy at least one item from them, so pick out one eye-shadow or lip gloss that you like.
Have fun... and remember... less is more. Let your inner and natural beauty shine!!
