Rose Madder? Mother in Cujo? Carrie? Pennywise? Stu? Who and which book? Add why if you want.

I always liked Larry Underwood in THE STAND. Kind of a winner / loser. Gets a hit song "Baby, can you dig your man?" and the world basically falls apart. He seems to have my kind of luck.

Ben, the author in Salem`s Lot. He was trying to get rid of his childhood demons and discovered that he had been right all along. The way that he tries to convince everyone that what just can not be is..........that sort of gets to me.

I also like Larry Underwood. The Stand is one of KIng`s best. This is the way the world ends.

Gotta read Desparation by S.K. Good book hard to pick just any one character though sometimes the villians are cool and sometimes the Heros are way awesome
I have always loved him and his sense of evil verses good.
Rose Madder was cool coming in and out of pictures

Annie Wilkes in "Misery" was the most memorable character since Jack Torrence from "The Shining". No matter how many years pass, a well-written villain can still give me nightmares.

Sheriff Pangborn was always my favorite character. But I think Stu is a close second. (Though Salem's Lot is hands down my favorite SK book).
