not in this manner, depending on your business and regardless if yahoo, google, myspace, or any other site, you have to purchase advertising slots like on the radio. Depending if you want a big banner across everyone's screen or just a business listing at the top of the page when searching, it will cost some money. Easy to do, just contact those most popular sites and find out about their terms. Consider who your target is, I have no idea what kind of return on your inverstment you'd get
