In my young'um days I hanged out in the East Village, NYC, toward the end of the punk movement. There were plenty of girls hanging out with the punk rockers, and they were just as radical as the guys. A lot of them were runaways from various regions of the country who wanted to be a part of the USA punk scene. I saw Sonic Youth before they became well known in the same club the Ramones started in - CBGBs. Those were the days of co-ed bathrooms, funky body piercing, plus fast, loud, music like those from the Circle Jerks and Butthole Surfers.

I do, but some of them arn't so nice and likeable. You have to have a good personality.And not become gay or by.
