I used to go to "Wendy's" with my grandparents, when I was younger, and on the kids meal bags it would have different activities and useless information. On one that I remember it had something about making a rubber egg. All I remember is using vinegar. If anyone knows let me know, I would like to make one for my daughter..!

OK...I am pulling this from deep in the old memory bank, but I think the idea was to turn the hardened yolk part into a type of superball. Basically you hard boil the egg, then soak it in vinegar for several days (7-10 days I think)...the vinegar eventually soaks through and rubberizes the yolk. Then peel the egg and the yolk "superball" is inside.

I hope it works for you.

well if u soak an egg in a cup of vinegar...it will dissolve the egg shell and make it feel "rubbery"..but u have to be careful, i think it can still burst! :)
