I just purchased some new jeans that are faded in the front but I think I'd like them to be like those darker new denims. Is it possible to dye them?

absolutely.

Rit makes great dyes in a range of colors and also have great instructions on how to do custom dyes as well. you can buy Rit brand dyes at wal-mart and grocery stores, or online for some of the less popular colors.

here's their denim instructions - http://www.ritdye.com/denim.asp

good luck!

You can dye them...but keep in mind that the dye goes everywhere on the jeans...not just on the faded front...so you would still have lighter areas in the front but ...an overall darker look.

Rit dye will do it but you're better off finding jeans that are already dark.

yes, Rit dye, but be sure to run the washer through a cycle of clean water after that, or you will have a mess on your next load
