Two reasons;
1. lack of vocabulary (with respect to who already said it)
2. Sometimes you just need to make an exclaimation.
The word f*** can make your point in a rather strong manner. (just read some of these posts).Others words are used to make that excaimation as well. (its not nice or curtious, but it does get the job done).
PS. some people just stopped using wide-sweeping arm gestures and starting articulating with strong words LOL

Well, you know, I was raised to speak proper English and I have a wide vocabulary with which I can adequately express my emotions in most any given situation.
There are times, however, when there is no other way to express how you feel than by just throwing your arms in the air and shouting "I just don't give a f*** anymore!!"
