I immediately started applying the principals in the book and for the first time in more than a decade I felt a significant improvement and in such a short time too. I was always so skeptical about the all-natural approach but you made me a believer. As we speak I feel awesome and at the peak of my health. I have never felt so vigor and alive

I was prescribed Lansoprazole which was brilliant but after two years of aching joints, extreme muscle pain which the doc gave me cortisone jags for, with some research I discovered the drug Lansoprazole was causing these rare side effects but it was I who diagnosed it NOT my doctor, I came off the drug 2 months ago, changed my diet and discovered just eating an apple stops any acid reflux, I eat an apple before bed, brilliant no acid, any time I feel the slightest sign of reflux I simply eat an apple.

Apple juice is not that good nor is anything else I have tried including honey at stopping reflux.
Apple is a god send for keeping acid at bay, brilliant.

There are no more heartburn or chest pains after eating and the cravings for sugar and rashes including the constant fatigue I was experiencing on a daily basis have gone. I feel awesome and at the peak of my health.

You should get this checked out without delay, I had the same problem I was sent to the hospital and after having a camera put down it was found that I had a valve which was not working, so therefore, acid was coming through even as high as my throat, I am now on tablets for the rest of my life, and having had a lifetime of misery I do not get this awful burning sensation anymore.

Ask your GP to do the Helicobactor Pylori test, you prob are suffering from an ulcer, if this test is positive you can be given a course of antibiotics which will get rid of the ulcer completely

I think you have acid reflux disease. A prescription like Nexium would neutralize the HCL acid in your stomach; while giving your esophogus time to heal the tiny ulcers caused by your heartburn
