Look in the magazines watch TV or just get a updated hair style. Personal hygiene plays a part don't carry yourself in a way that makes people think you are a slob. Sexy comes from the inside if you think you got what it takes than you do. So rebuild your confidence by exercising and do things that make you feel sexy

ask a guy if he thinks you are. or when you're putting on a hot outfit to go out with the fellas or your girls and you're looking in the mirror do you ever think "Damn I look good!" or "If I was a guy I'd do me"? if you do then you probably think you're at least somewhat sexy or good looking. i say those exact things sometimes and it makes me feel good to know that i think that i look that good. because when you think you look good and you feel good it's a total confidence booster and when you think you look sexy you'll radiate sexuality. be confident with yourself and it'll show and the guys will find that very sexy and appealing.
