In the series, they're referred to (by Gargamel particularly) as "three apples high". I'm guessing that would convert to about 11 inches, because they were always shown to be just below an adult human's knee without their hats.

Not very tall. Their blue faces caused their growth to be stunted.

They were like 11/2 inches i think
