Sliced zuchinni sauteed in olive oil with just a little salt and pepper until it starts to brown up a little... red potatoes roasted with olive oil, salt, pepper, a little garlic, rosemary and feta... garlic mashed potatoes... grilled priscuitto wrapped endive with fig-wine sauce.

Mac & cheese,,( Cucumber, tomato, pasta salad/Italian dressing), melon salads, mexican salad, (tators,bacon, & green beans cooked in a tad of butter), These are all yummy! Pasta salad is my favorite!

i'm a sucker for mac and cheese but i also love butter beans and brussel sprouts. rice is good too...but it has to have lots of pepper on it.
