Im on vacation by the way. Is it, why is it bad?

the computer screen doesn't hurt your eyes now that most people use lcd flat screens.
but it's really hard on your joints to just sit for hours on end. i get up and walk around every hour or so.

It can be bad for you,you should always take a break from the computer,it can hurt your eyes and it can also hurt your back and neck.
So take a break,if you are like me you should set an alarm to remind you that it is time for a break

There are also studies that have been done that show that people who are on their computers a lot can have increased levels of depression...at least I have heard that.

it's bad when you look at your computer screen for hours on end, in the dark, when you're tired and on your third coke to stay awake. thats how i got my astigmatism and needed to get glasses!
