Speaking ONLY for myself, I am very well educated, and am considered a very intelligent person..! If you were to pass me in the Mall, you would think the same thing!
What about you, what would I think about you if I passed you in the Mall??

My IQ is over 150, a number some people would refer to as "genius level", but I would dispute that because I don't consider myself to be in the same league as true geniuses like Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison, and Stephen Hawking. I feel like I'm just smart enough to recognize the stupidity of the human race as a whole (including myself). I'd like to believe there's intelligent life somewhere in the Universe, but with the exception of the aforementioned geniuses and a few others like them, there's little or none of it here.
"...Man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much... the wheel, New York, wars, and so on, whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely the dolphins believed themselves to be more intelligent than man for precisely the same reasons."
-- Douglas Adams, in "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy"

This is a question better left unanswered since you can't really do anything with the information but get frustrated (or excited if you are a con-man). Besides, there is so much room to even disagree on what smart or intelligent mean - and if you do agree- you're still in no better place.

No. Most people in the world are less smart than I am. I have a very high IQ, much common sense, street smarts, wisdom, experience, and a unique ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I do lack a bit in the humor department sometimes, but only sometimes.

I know a lot of Americans who are smart, but I don't know about the majority. When I came to the U.S., I went into 12th Grade and the level of education was a lot lower than in my country. The work they gave me in 12th Grade here is what we had in primary school (like 7th or 8th grade). I was very surprised.

I see a lot of intelligent people. Most of them would score lower than I would on an IQ test.
Usually when I'm driving I notice the dumb people.

I think most American's are smarter then they get credit for. I place myself at about average (and yes I know almost everyone says that and someone has to be below it) but the truth is that newspapers and other items are written for a 4th grade reading level.

Im a very proud American and I dont put myself above or below anyone as nobody in the world is perfect and nobody is better than anyone else in the world.Everyone should treat others as they want treated.Thats always been my motto and always will be.No matter color, race or what it may be nobody should put anyone down.Theres always the good, the bad,& of course the ugly in all colors, races or countries. So never think your any better than anyone else as I think the world should be of equal standard altho I know it isnt that way.

I think I'm above average intelligence. It seems like there's a lot of smart people out there, just very few of them use their sense.

I used to think I was average when it came to smarts. *LOL* But after reading a lot of the comments about should Israel be kicking the crap out of Hezbollah. I think I'm definitly above at least 75% of the people who post here.
*BG* I'll let you figure out which side I think is palying the game wrong.
