I knew with my pregnancies about 12-14 days before my next period was due. My first one wasn't planned, but I just had this feeling that I was! I need to pee slightly more, felt tired for no reason - and that essentially was it. The other thing that made me feel that way was a 'popping' sensation in my tummy area a few hours after intercourse and therefore just a day or two before the other symptoms!

A good guide is to check out "What to Expect When You're Expecting" at the bookstore. They run down the whole litany of "signs"

I started feeling pregnant around 4 weeks. Every woman is different though. I have a friend who didn't know she was pregnant until two months because she still had a period.
