best way is to uninstall da unnecessary software which u r not using...
frequent clean up of
Temporary internet files(internet explorer>tools>internet options>delete cookies / delete files here check da box...den click ok..)
Temp folder contents.. (start > run > type %temp% den click ok u will get a window of temp select all den delete all files..)
'n other unnecessary files...

you can go to "My Computer" right click on the C drive and go to properties and click on the "disk cleanup" button. This will free up some stuff. usually, I go through my PC once a month and get rid of old apps that i no longer use (start > settings > control panel > add / remove programs). This also helps.

Yes. compress your files. The program for compression is already in MS Wiindows x-p. Right click C:, left click properties and then tools. A compression program is right there. Or you can add a few more hard drives.

If you're asking if you can turn a 60 GB hard-drive into a 100 GB hard-drive, I don't think that's possible. However, you can always replace it with another hard-drive of a greater capacity or add an external hard-drive via USB which is much easier.

I gave the same answer to another question,get 'Clean-up'it's a free tool you can download....it reclaimed over 4gb off a pc i have the first time i used it,used every few days it keeps thing's tidy

also on the current drive clean up the temp files & cache

evry computer should have a disk defragmenter go to start, all programs, accesories, system tools and find disk defragmenter.

Your harddrive space is what it is.You want more space ...you need a larger harddrive.
