the song you are refering to is called "Get Happy". I don`t know the originator of it, but I do know that Judy Garland sang it. I think the LP was called "live at Carnegie Hall".
Hope it helps you to get the pesky word/song out of you head because it like a worm what you cannot get rid of !!!!!
