I am already doing my MBA in germany and I am torn between the fact whether I should go for a phd in europe or should I do a second masters in finance (canada), although the PhD is more intense and I am only 22 but my main aim is to rise quickly in my career preferbaly in derivatives or micro finance market in baltics

Go for your Ph.D.!! Two masters degrees will do nothing for you by way of opening doors and advancement in your profession, but the Ph.D. will. Trust me, I have had the experience, and you want to get your Ph.D. as early in your career as possible.
