i need to copy "ArmAccess.dll " into the directory ,how do i do this for a program, registry mechanic if you must know ,useing widows xp

run the setup of the dll, that will copy the file to the right place for you and register it as well.
If you can't, right click the file, select copy, goto My Computer, goto C: drive, goto Windows, goto System32. Rightclick on an empty (white) space there and select paste.
Click start, run, type "CMD" (without the quotes) and press enter. In the black box that opens up, type "regsvr32.exe armaccess.dll" (without the quotes) and press enter.
If there's no error you have just installed your first dll.
