I come to school early so that I could be there on time, and I also work in the administator office until my classes starts. He also works in the administator office he's an student representive, so therefore I have to go back and forth to his office everyday and everyday that I go back and forth to his office I forgets what I came to his office for, and my heart start beating faster than usual. I've been at this college for 4 months now and I believe that he knows that I have a crush on him, now we've been saying hello to eachother and everytime he says hello to me I just freeze up. Last week he came to work in some shorts and a white beater on, I was like, "Dang, so that's what he looks like without wearing a suit?" Some how he overheard me and he replyed back, "Yes this is how I look without wearing a suit", after that we exchanged phone numbers and we talked about us going on a date and just before I could answer his question we get disconnected somehow.So what do I do now?

I like your little story... I would advise you to call him back and ask him out. I think he likes you ... he wouldn't exchange numbers with you if he didn't. Don't be shy :)
