If you want to give it a go, I'd suggest purchasing the following individual herbal supplments, known as phytoestrogens. These are the ingredients found in most breast enhancment pills:
Saw Palmetto
Fennel
Fenugreek
Wild Yam
Blach Cohosh
Dong Quai
I would suggesting taking 250mg-500mg of each per day. Try take the pills at regular intervals during the day.
