I've lived long enough to observe the Democratic Party darning six Republican presidencies. I find it interesting that in every case the Dems bring up the issue of the president's intelligence. Every Republican president is not very smart or downright stupid.
I love to listen to liberals pontificate about their own wisdom and intelligence. They seem to have some awesome truth that no one on the right has ever been able to grasp. It is a pathetic and deplorably weak form of debate to brand everyone who disagrees with your philosophy as being mentally challenged.

As this question is in the philosophy section, I will give you my own perspective instead of a political reply.

If anyone wants to study the relationship of one's national security with the intelligence of a leader, the best example I know is the religion of Islam.

I think if today anything affects all our lives most is this man and his political agenda and his intelligence.

I think anyone could use it as a Ph.D thesis.

In fact I think I have earned my Ph.D now.
