Happiness is a state of mind, and you achieve this when you see the world with a serene mind. Just free your mind from pain and sorrows and dedicate yourself to the study of the true science, which is philosophy. Please note that the gods exist but do not interfere with human affairs.

Well, happiness is the good things that out run the bad things. It could be your love ones smile when they see you or when your mom tells you how special you are. All these things contribute to that nine letter word we love so much--happiness!
