ive had this laptop for about ayear now and downloaded limewire about 3 or 4 monthes ago and about2 monthes ago it wouldnt let me look for music and this thing kept popping up that said " your machine does not appear to have an active internet connection or your firewall is blocking limeire from working properly" and some other crap but i dont know how to fix it, i have a working internet connection and ive checked my firewall and im out of ideas. can anyone help??

I would suggest completely turning off any and all firewalls u have and then try. If it works put limewire on the Firewalls "do not block" list

Limewire, isn't solid for you computing device, it merely provides further and extra viruses each and every time you acquire something. you in all probability have been given an outbreak on your computing device that's inflicting this difficulty. If i became you i could disinstall it as quickly as attainable.

if you unenstall it , them reinstall when you go through the intallation you should get a pop pu asking do you want to block or allow . if you allow it it should work fine. and for the peson that can not get rid of it . if it is rensalled you then be able to remove it from add and remove

if you get any great help on this let me know I can't get it to delete off the hard drive. It's been nothing but a pain in the buns
