#1) Joker, he was the ultimate Batman villain. When you think about Batman you think Joker. He was too cool. Two Face and Penguin were born deformed but the Joker went through plastic surgery just to look like a creep (or Joan Rivers), either way, he was bad ***. Plus he is going to be in yet another movie.
#2) Scarecrow, overall he is #2 but as far a the scariest goes he is number one!
#3) Catwoman.....coz she was hot

Joker is his main villain...needs a face reconstruction...
Penguin is a freak...
Catwoman needs to change sides..she really loves him..lol
Riddler has a great suit...and green is a great color on him
Two-Face use to be a good friend of his..I would of wanted to change my name too if it was Harvey..lol
Poison Ivy is to obsessed with plants..she needs a man!
Baine, oh my...is one weird buff Mother....Gotta love the tubes coming out of him from everywhere though..lol
Mr.Freeze...went crazy after the death of his wife..needs to find another one...lol

Joker will always be the best, but I have to say that I'm very disappointed to hear that Heath Ledger, of all people, will play a young Joker in the next Batman movie.

havent heard of baine or ra's al ghul... but so far in the movies joker is by far the best... and how about heath ledger playing joker in the next batman movie... WTF
