the canyon ranch in the venetian hands down. i have tried a couple different and this was the best. it was also the most expensive.

Cesar's has a very famous spa, But the Alladin just opened an Elemis spa very nice.

MGM Grand---do not go to Canyon Ranch, it's a total ripoff --this is from personal experience
