Six years and I hate this situation. There are no children or properties involved. I don't mind him being poor but he is so money-hungry and petty. Help

People say trust is the foundation of a good relationship. nah... It's respect. Without respect there's no affection, no attraction, no desire to be closer. There's no sharing... it just becomes... well, "yucky".

It took me about 6 months to figure that out in my first marriage. It took another 18 years for me to leave. I wasted all those years. How many more are you willing to lose?

Sounds like he's not the guy for you. If you don't respect him then you don't really love him. Quit wasting your time with him if you know he's not the one. It will probably be the best for the both of you.
