exclude "fishing for compliments" questions like do i look fat in this.. if I have to ask that question the answer is yes!

I don't because it would be insulting to the person I love most in this world. Also, she knows me so well and can read me so well that I'm sure she would detect a lie if I told one.

Yes men lie to there wives (not all but some)
With such a BROAD question, you are gonna get swamped with reasons why. Heres mine.
If its about weight ie does___make me look fat. Hubby knows you are emotional and if he says yes youre probably not gonna talk to him/or plan to hold it over his head..
If its about other women ie do you think shes pretty..You eiter A assume we want an affair, or b start comparing yourself to the women in question.. Unfortunalty God (or whomever you believe created women) cursed the entire of you with envy and made you very emotional. Its b/c of this men Lie

I did in the past. I no longer do tho. Our son got very sick about 6 yrs ago & we both got caught up in dealing with the illness in our own ways & drifted apart & no longer had a real marriage & i got attracted to another woman. We've spent the last 2 years learning how to communicate and have never been happier

I have a standing policy with my wife and she knows it. I lie about 1. Christmas presents, 2. anniversary presents and 3. birthday presents. Otherwise, it is open and honest communication.

Not maliciously...but guys, c'mon.. how do you answer these questions.. delicately.. I know, but not necessarily with blinding truthfulness:
- Does this dress make me look fat?
- Do you think that girl is pretty in that short skirt?
- If I died, would you date another woman?
In these cases any answer would spell doom... : ) I wouldn't say lie, in as much as it is...creatively bending the truth : )

yes and im not proud of it but i have time 2 time... (and she noit my wife but long term g/f) but i lie about how hard im working.. (as i kno she wory.. and that make her happy thinikin im fine) and sometime about the price of her gift sayin it is lower taht wt i payed so she don't feel bad about money spendin in here so yes but only 2 keep her happy and about small things....
