The "special relationship" you have is Dubya's hand shoved all the way up Tony's bum like Kermit the Frog. The two countries used to have a special relationship, this is true, but I wish Tony had had the balls to stand up to Dubya on the Iraq thing. The failure of the "Coalition of the Willing" to enforce the peace there is one of the reasons why Iran's getting all uppity - among other things, encouraging Hezbollah to attack Israel...

You are the pansy for George Bush thanks to Tony Blair. Bush is a terrible leader and Blair is stupid to follow or support him. You should get rid of Blair just as we should get rid of Bush. Bush is the most dangerous person in the world today.

The US, UK, and Russia saved the world in WW2. The relationships between these countries will sometimes be good and sometimes be bad. We're all joined at the hip. I'd say get used to the ups and downs the US/UK relationship will never go away.

You both have a history of trying to extend your empires. That gives you a bond. Think of it as parents that abuse their children. In this case the United States and Britain are the parents and the Muslim world and Israel are the children.

well its better than it used to be. i would like to see a dual citizenship for brits/americans but that would mean we'd have to take all your muslims and youd end up taking all our poor illegal immigrants haha.

but yes i think its a good relationship, though i think our country should show a little more respect to britain

mmm.. i hate to be the one breaking it to you..
but you know, back in school, when geeky guys thought they had a 'special friendship' with the popular bully- while infact their relationship could be summed up as - geek does bully's HW???

that's pretty much the same situation
