Go to the doctor....to see why you are having those symptoms!

Are you nursing your infant? It's possible to start ovulating again before you actually get a period. In other words, you could be pregnant.

Or your body is gearing up for ovulation.

The only way to tell is to start learning how to track your cycles and fertility signs (cervical mucus and temperatures). That way you can know when ovulation is coming.

If you keep experiencing pre-menstrual symptoms but dont' get your period, I would then try a blood test for pregnancy. If that comes back negative, then I would talk to a doctor or OB about what might be causing these hormonal symptoms.

I don't think breastfeeding is causing your discomfort. You would have nipple soreness and not breast tenderness. Additionally, nursing does not cause PMS symptoms and nausea.

I really hope you are not. Just calm down, and if you are so stressed about it you should take a blood test, but if all your pg test were neg maybe you are not, or have to wait a little longer. good luck

Are you on birth control? It very possible you are pregnant again, however if you start birth control right after giving birth it will throw your hormones off and can cause you not to menstruate. Have you gone to your Dr. for your regular post-delivery check ups?

If you are breastfeeding that could be the cause of your symptoms.

Are yo breast feeding? If you are that causes you to not have a period for as long as you breast feed.
