This guy, Ron, believes that Team A is better. He believed in Team A so much that this is what he said about me:

unlike the answers by that waste of flesh, Adam S, whose answers were copied without use of his "brain', or experience, being only a tiny, unhappy 13 year old, whose acne is beyond medical help, YOUR ANSWERS WERE THOUGHTFUL, WITH A HINT OF PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. adam s has only the exp. of pus face.

Does that sound like the manager of a winning team?

Team B would win probably 70-80% of the time.

Team B obviously has better numbers (especially on the left side of the infield). Here is my breakdown:
1B- Pujols has the potential to be great, but Gehrig has proven to be great- TIE
2B- Morgan was a great fielder with good speed, but Hornsby has the highest AVG of any right handed hitter- Team B
3B- defensively it's Robinson, but Schmidt has over 500 homeruns and he played in an era where 30 homers was great- Team B
SS- again, Ozzie might make his team better because of his defense, but Honus Wagner is one of the all time greats- Team B
LF- Ty Cobb has highest all-time average and 3rd most stolen bases- Team B
CF- Willie Mays hands down -Team B
RF- Babe Ruth greatest baseball player ever (to put his career in perspective because Ruth started as a good pitcher, imagine Roger Clemens moving to the outfield in 1988 and hitting 700 homeruns) Team B
C- Bench is the best and is the standard to which all catchers are judged- Team B
SP- Walter Johnson was dominant for more years than Randy- Team B

It looks to me like Team B wins hands down.

nicely, I hate finding at small pattern sizes, however the international Baseball classic provides an concept. the two communities went 2-a million interior the 1st around, the place the Canadians introduced a youthful yet effective offense, at an identical time as the Mexicans introduced a nicely-rounded team. in accordance to baseball-reference, 210 Canadians performed interior the main Leagues, while in comparison with ninety 9 Mexicans, however Canadians had an benefit till now the 60's while integration began. at an identical time as Mexico could be generating many substantial league gamers, Canada has produces some corridor of Famers, and MVPs. that's a hard call, yet i could supply a average ingredient to Canada.

Wow. That's a good matchup. I'd have to go with Team B. When you have Cobb, Ruth, and Mays all in your lineup, youd have to be good. Also, Walter Johnson is a relatively unheard of P that was dominant in his time. Bench is not only the best defensive catcher of all time, I think he is the best hitting catcher of all time(tied with my boy Piazza). Andruw Jones is a good player, but I dont know if he compares to Mays at all. They are both great at fielding, but Mays is clearly the better hitter(4th all time HR). I'd say Team B wins 8-5

You're joking, right? How can a team that doesn't even need Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Hank Aaron, Harmon Killebrew, Ernie Banks, Nellie Fox, Jimmie Foxx, Mel Ott, Bob Gibson, Sandy Koufax, Warren Spahn or Rollie Fingers lose to anyone?

Uh... Team B, obviously.

Team B

Gotta disagree with both choices. Try the '76 Reds. From top to bottom, no better team ever! The '27 Yankees couldn't even hold the Reds jockstraps!!
